GEHA implements Facets 5.01
The Government Employees Health Assocition (GEHA) was converting their claims processing from Erisco's Claim Facts to TriZetto’s Facets V5.01 application and wanted to duplicate a number of reports they had become accustomed to using in their daily operations. abcs's involvement in this implementation included the development of multiple report technical specification documents, including the associated SQL for each report, after performing the necessary business analysis to determine the needs of the business owners that would be using those reports in the daily operation of their respective departments.
